Phoenix Storage is family-owned and operated, just one mile west of Veterans Parkway on Springfield's Westside. Centered between Koke Mill Road & Bradfordton Road on West Jefferson St., we offer easy, drive-up access to all units. Our facility is well-lit, gated with a key-pad entry for 24-hour access, and well-maintained.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, or MasterCard in our office. Our payment mailing address is 4043 W. Jefferson St., Springfield, IL 62707
Payments may also be dropped off in our payment drop box located in our office door near the Phoenix Collision office.
Pay online by requesting a pin through our office. Once you have received your pin via email, you may click here to login or set up your account. You will be directed to the U-haul site where you may view your account and make payments.
