I could not recommend Phoenix Collision enough! Communication and kindness from start to finish was above my expectations. Our vehicle was in an accident and needed extensive repair to the entire passenger side. Everything from letting us know when parts were ordered, when service began to expected completion was regularly communicated. The entire process which could feel stressful for some after an accident, put us at ease and felt considerate and comfortable. AND the finished product is absolutely stunning!!! This is where everyone should trust their business.

Their estimate was reasonable, they got me in and out on time, and Hertz even picked up the rental car from their shop after I dropped it off. It was unfortunate that somebody rear-ended my van, but your friendly and excellent services eased the pain.

Auto body repair is a service none of us want to have to use, but when you need it, you want your car repaired correctly and quickly. Phoenix Collision is the epitome of that. I saw how highly rated Phoenix Collision was, I gave them a call. Not only was the car even done a day early, but when I needed an adjustment on the hood, it took less than five minutes the next day. I came in rather late in the day, and instead of being annoyed, both the office worker and the repair technician were happy, friendly and professional. There is no reason why this shouldn't be your first option and hopefully it is your only option. I will be using Phoenix Collision again if I ever need their services in the future.

Had a front bumper replaced. They did a great job with the repair and it looks better than new. They are thorough and professional. Even though they just were replacing the bumper they went the extra mile and detailed the exterior and interior of the car! It felt so good to be driving a repaired and clean car. I would highly recommend them for repairs and/or detailing.

I've had work done at another body shop in town and it was a very negative experience, so I looked around for someone else this time. The entire experience with Phoenix was great from start to finish. They were friendly and helpful, competent, timely, and went out of their way to make it a smooth and pleasant experience. They took care of everything so I didn't have to worry about any of it. The car looks fantastic. I had planned to get the car detailed after this work was done, but they cleaned it up so nicely, inside and out, that I no longer need to. Couldn't be happier! Edit: I’ve now had Phoenix do a full detail and minor cosmetic repair as well, and each time was superb.

I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Collision. After the accident, they were there to tow my car within 15 minutes. Within a day, I had the estimate, parts had been ordered, and a date that my car would be done. The car was repaired on time and in excellent condition. Even the interior was spotless. The next time I reverse into something I shouldn’t I’ll call Phoenix Collision.
